TL; DR: 100% recommend this repair shop. Professional, quick, knowledgeable, and affordable. Monday night around 19:30, I blew a wheel seal on my steer. Pulled into a Pilot, who told me they wouldn’t be able to even look at it until Tuesday morning, while I was sitting on a time sensitive delivery. An entire job site was on hold waiting for me in Mitchell, IN. and here I was, 3.5 hours away, at a loss. OnSite was the ONLY repair shop to answer the phone. They sent a technician, Brian (pictured with permission), who showed up before I could even get half an episode of SWAT in. Had it torn down and diagnosed in the dark before I knew what he was even looking at. Brian went and got the parts at the dealership, but no one realized that a lock washer was missing. So Brian and I cleaned up and he took me to a hotel down the road. Bright and early this morning, Jon called and asked where he was picking me up from (I got bored three coffees in and decided to walk the 1.38 miles to the truck). Again, Jon showed up before I could finish last nights episode of SWAT and had the truck put back together before the next episode ended. My delivery was several hours late, but at least it arri

I had a catastrophic driveline failure and my tech,John showed up and put in work getting my broken yoke out and the new one on. He even put my new intermediate shaft in for me when i wasn’t even expecting him to.Thank you for the prompt and professional repair. I appreciate your attention to detail, reliability, and fair pricing. Means a lot to have someone I can trust with my truck. I Appreciate you guys! Whoever the owner is has some top notch guys, that go above and beyond what most mobile repair guys would do! Keep up the good work and you’ll always have a good outcome!

My parking brake valve broke last night. AA fixed it, I drove two hours this morning than the valve separated from the air line when I went to set the brake. AA said they aren't driving two hours to look at it. Said to take them to court if I want. Stuck at a rest area waiting on another roadside service to fix it right. Late on the load I'm on and lost today's load.It turned out they did not set the air line onto the valve correctly. When I called them they said they did me a favor by not marking the part up 40 percent like they normally do.

I’m so thankful that Brian was available on a holiday weekend to come and rescue us! We needed a new alternator, electrical help, turbo help and rear suspension work. This is truly a knowledgeable young man! I cannot thank him enough!!! Thank you for helping us especially at a moments notice on Thanksgiving weekend!!!

Sometimes when you hit the highway, things don’t go as planned. That’s what happened to us on a trip from the East Coast to Sturgis, SD. Made a routine fuel stop and noticed that we lost the cap on one of the tandem axle trailer’s wheels. Stopped and picked one up, hoping to fix it ourselves. No such luck. Of course it was later in the day on a Sunday so finding a shop close by, was nearly impossible. Removed the wheel, grabbed the closest hotel and started making calls. Most places were closed and one said they could β€œget us in - middle of next week”. Luckily, Mike from AA Onsite Road Service answered our call. We explained our situation and he was honest in explaining the fee for the weekend or if we could wait, he would have someone out first thing Monday Morning for a considerable cheaper rate. Jon called about 7:30 the next morning and said he was on his way to our hotel. He was well equipped to remove the axle hub and brake backing plate and replaced it with all new parts. Price was fair and he had us back on the road by 11 am. We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. He was just a great guy to work with, personable, honest and hardworking.
